Hello, Tim:

In your last post, wherein you included the letter promoting the
idea of designing a new cane handle to store tips, your file
contained a CTRL-Z at its end. This was the bad boy that caused
WordPerfect to refuse to read the rest of the file I downloaded
from CompuServe. It is not your fault. I'll just use a
different program (QEDIT) to read my mail<grin>.

Now, to the subject at hand: redesigning the cane to store tips.
I agree with everything Mike Freeman has said on this subject.
Therefore, I have nothing more to say except that we should
really find a way to fix that problem with the screw on the end
of the cane.
