The information coming from MS is certainly encouraging; however, I
doubt it is being motivated by their overwelming desire to help blind
people. rather, it is motivated by an opportunity to gain some PR
mileage and to avoid the downside of potential adverse publicity.
However, it makes little difference why they are being cooperative, as
long as they are working with us to help solve a significant that
faces all of us. Of course, we could accept the thought that a firm
like MS and a wealthy fellow like Bill Gates has actually received a
touch of "religion!"
Dave, I for one, am extremely to read those forth coming reviews on
the "Windows" screen review programs. I am about to become in
desperate need of a "Windows" solution. The university here has
developed and is currently installing a network that is all graphics
based.
