Hi All;

At the March California State University Northridge (CSUN) meeting of the
Disability Action Committee for X (DACX), Beth Mynatt, who heads up the
current accessibility investigation of the Motif toolkit, talked about
releasing an alpha draft of their report. The goal of the
accessibility investigation of the Motif toolkit is to roll the findings
into CDE, the next Motif toolkit that companies like DEC,
HP, IBM, and SUN will be using for X Window System development.

The general style guide, programming, and widget aspects of the
alpha draft report are being released for broader comment to make
sure that no known accessibility issues have been missed and to
ensure the best final report possible.

Rather than send the report to the entire list, since it is rather
long, if people wish to review the draft report and make comments, send me
an email message and I will forward a copy to your email address.

Thanks

Mark
