Hmmm ... interesting. I saw no such device in Chicago (which proves
nothing as I'm not sure I saw every exhibit).
Two things strike me about all devices which seek to inform the user of
object presence and form via pressure upon body parts: (a) who would want
to wandre around sporting such gadgetry and (b) it remains to be seen how
useful technology is which reduces three-dimensional objects to
two-dimensional representations.
