Dear Sir,

I am a cognitive scientist doing research in San Diego, CA. I have designed
a non-surgical electronic device which I am convinced would be of
revolutionary benefit to persons without sight. However, I do not have
access to the technology necessary to build this devise independently.

Could you be of any assistance in referring me to persons or organizations
who would be interested in evaluating a description, and eventually assisting
with the building of the first prototype?

Most sincerely,

D. Albert Harrell
