Subject: Looking for Beta testers for Unix-based Speech Interface
Hi,
Digital Equipment Corporation is looking for beta testers of a new speech
interface that will be included with our Alpha (64-bit) workstations
and supports our DECtalk Software.
To run the version of the speech interface that we will be releasing and which
is bundled with DECtalk Software, you will need an Alpha workstation that
includes a sound card or Base Board Audio. You will also need the
Multimedia Services libraries.
If you are interested in assisting us, please contact me as soon as
possible. Beta software will be available in February. I prefer to be contacted
by e-mail, if possible.
Please feel free to post this message to other listservs and news groups.
Regards,
Mike Paciello
