UPCOMING MEETING OF THE R & D COMMITTEE IN ANAHEIM CALIFORNIA

From: Brian Buhrow (buhrow@lothlorien.nfbcal.org)
Date: Mon Jun 03 1996 - 22:53:12 PDT

Members and friends, the time is quickly approaching when we will
convene the annual open meeting of the National federation of the Blind
Research and Development Committee. In order to keep the meeting period
from becoming a free for all, we need to have an agenda. In order to get
an agenda, I need your help. If you have any items that you'd like brought
before the committee this July, please send them to:
buhrow@nfbcal.org
as soon as possible. Be sure to tell me how much time you'll need, what
you wish to talk about, what, if any, special equipment you'll be bringing
to demonstrate, etc. If we keep with tradition this year, we'll have more
more to discuss then we have time to discuss it. (You've turned off
grammar checking mode, right?) So, don't take it personal if I cannot meet
your request to be on the agenda. I will let you know, before the meeting,
if you will be presenting at the meeting.
Because I need to be away on business next week, I may be delayed in
responding to requests for time. I will try to get all requests
acknowledged before June 27, 1996. I will also try to notify the members
of the committee with an outline of the agenda before the actual meeting.

-thanks and I'll see you all in anaheim.
-Brian
