I looked at the rfb&d web site and couldn't readily find any reference to 
this $75 sign up fee nor the $25 annual fee.  Maybe I missed something.  
Going from no fee at all to something like this seems a bit excessive.  
The rfb&d participation at the conventions should be most interesting to 
say the least; especially if there are questions and answer periods.
