Focus group on accessible documentation

Hi! Please excuse me if you've already seen, as I'm posting to several
locations.

Microsoft will be hosting a focus group on accessible documentation on
Wednesday evening at the Closing the Gap conference in Minneapolis. This
informal discussion meeting will take place from 8:30 to 10:00 PM in the
Microsoft Suite.

We'd like your input on what makes on-line documentation accessible, get
feedback on how documents could be made more usable by the wide range of
individuals with disabilities, and tradeoffs that could allow us to
increase the quality, quantity, or timeliness of our titles. In short,
we'd like your help in planning Microsoft strategy for accessible
documentation.

Please send me email if you'd like to join us. The room can only hold so
many people, so while neither invitations nor reservations are required, we
would like to have an idea who and how many people will be showing up.

Thanks, and we look forward to meeting some of you there.
