I have placed nfbtrans version 7.48 on ftp.netcom.com/pub/in/inge.
Nfbtrans is a Grade Two braille translation program and
comes with complete C source. Here are some of the new features in 7.48:

Removed hv= option and made improvements in operation of hyphenization
dictionary, especially for unix.
Allow for mixed case file names in unix.
Added dv= and rf= option.
Fixed problem with ~h command during interpoint embossing and verify headings
fit on one line.
Improved operation of ht= option.
Added entries to braille.tab and statistics file.
Added ~] and ~{ command.
