As many of yu will know, about a year ago, NFB NET, the official bulletin
board service of the National Federation of the Blind went on the Internet.
For the past year, it has been possible to Telnet to NFB NET, and thousands
of persons have done so.

However, with this new kind of connection, many people who previously did
not have BBS experience went to the BBS and tried to use it. Since they
weren't familiar with the menu structure or conventions, confusion sometimes
resulted.

In an attempt to make the system easier to use, we have modified the menus
to make their actions more obvious.

You can give the new menus a try by Telneting to nfbnet.org.

If you want to call the old-fashioned way, the number is 612-696-1975.

ONce again, Telnet to nfbnet.org

See you on-line.
