I really dig the cop-out that the equipment provider being small exempts
the facility, our fair city, from necessary accommodation. Apparently,
we have a guy in our Department of Public Works who thinks he can skirt
accessibility by way of undue hardship on the supplier, not the buyer.
Furthermore, our bureaucrat thinks that, since this fly-by-night outfit
gave their first business sample, "we didn't pay for it," and this
absolves the buyer-to-be. Hmmmmmmmm.
Mayor Willie Brown, losing his vision due to R.P., looked pretty
impressive being helped by a pretty girl through the unreadable screen.
