Dear Brian and John,
I bellieve that the Royal National Institute for the Blind in England sells what
you are looking for. Their system uses a rubber pad which you insert in a sleeve
one side of which is Braille paper and the other side of which is plastic. You
then draw the shape with a pen or tracing wheel. You should look at the website
which is www.rnib.org.uk or send e-mail to customerservice@rnib.org.uk. RNIB
used to sell a set called a raised line drawing kit. I have one. I hope you
find this information helpful.
