free braille texts for math and computer science

This is John Miller, President of the Science and Engineering Division.
The science division will meet in Atlanta
Friday, July 2, from 7-10. Every braille reader
who takes a math or computer science course should have the opportunity to
have an entire braille reference for the subject matter
at hand. Thanks to Caryn Navy and David Holladay for the generous donation
of Caryn's technical library. I understand our thanks also goes to Dr.
Abraham Nemeth
who gave to Caryn a significant portion of the library.
Caryn will be at the Science and Engineering Division meeting herself
so you can get the in on which book meets your needs.
I understand Caryn has mastered all the material in these texts.
Wow!
Here's David Holladay's forwarded message:

Subject: Math and Computer Science Books in Braille -- FREE

Math and Computer Science Books in Braille -- FREE

Caryn Navy and David Holladay were given a large collection of
braille books from Abraham Nemeth, the inventor of the Nemeth Braille Code
for mathematics and science. We are moving soon, and we would like to give
away this collection of braille books to those who can use them.
We are offering these books on a first come, first served basis AT NO
CHARGE. We will ask you to sign a paper saying you will:

1. store the book(s) safely (i.e. not in a basement or garage where
    they may get damaged).
2. Use the book(s) yourself, or your organization.
3. If you find yourself not using the book(s), kindly find someone
else who will accept them on similar terms.

In this round, we will accept requests for up to 5 braille books. In
September, we will entertain requests for larger number of books.
So here is how it works. Look through this list. Find the books you
are interested in. You contact us at davidh@brailleplanet.org,
608-257-8833 (day), 608-241-2498 (night), or 608-257-4143 (fax) and list
your choices. Be aware that someone else may have been faster than you, so
you might not get your choice(s). We get back to you with a simple form
asking you to care for these books and to pass them on to others on a
similar basis. Once we have your form, we mail you your books free matter
for the blind.
If you want, we can answer some questions (copyright date, length of
shelf space needed, corrected author's names, etc.).
If you are able to re-post this on other list-serves or pass this
information out to others, we would appreciate it.
