Registration Information

Focus on Access Technology is designed to provide current information on
critical issues in technology services for persons who are blind or visually

impaired. It will also be a "working" meeting, and participants will
 break into small groups to build consensus on the minimum skills required t
o
be a qualified access technology trainer. The results of the small group
sessions will be shared with national organizations of and for the blind to
attempt to reach a nationwide agreement on knowledge, skills, and abilities
required to be an access technology trainer with consumers who are blind or
visually impaired.

The Registration Fee is $125, which includes a full breakfast on March 30th

 and 31st.
Please Register and send your payment by February 28, 2000 (purchase orders

 will be accepted). Registrations postmarked after February 29th will be $15
0.
Refunds will be accepted through February 28th.

Participants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. The
cut-off date for reservations is March 2, 2000. When contacting the Hilton
Minneapolis and Towers, inform the reservations desk that you are attending

 the Mississippi State University conference.

The room rate is $115 (single or double). Reservations can be made at (800)
