Dear Steve,

I appreciate having the information about David Dewhurst, but the
experience of the R & D Committee is that this approach is of little
value. Remember the argon labs experiment and the prototype of a
similar system built by John Becker. These were both a dead loss. I am
not optimistic about the outcome of another attempt.
