Payment

We accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal. The payment information page is a secure page, and you will receive an e-mail receipt of your completed transaction. Please print a copy and bring it to convention.

Please call the hotel directly to book your room reservation. The hotel reservation deadline for the convention room rates is October 10th. Reservations received after the cut off date are subject to availability and at the hotel's prevailing rate.
