Hello all!
Fred Chambers here again, and I am now back in Southern California after my
research station blew away in a wind storm in Northern Minnesota. It was
very exciting, but quite a hassle. Lake Itasca state park, where the Univ of
Minnesota's station is located had to be evacuated: 600 people in all. *I*
thought they were overreacting, but then again, I'm used to earthquakes and
brush fires.
Ha ha ha!
I received the following ad, and thought some of you might want it for
yourself.
In a message dated 95-07-23 07:20:41 EDT, The San Jose Mercury News carried
