The Winter, 1996 edition of Computer Science Update, a
publication of the NFB in Computer Science, is now available on
the home page of the National Federation of the Blind. The URL

The Winter edition contains minutes of the 1996 meeting of NFBCS,
some information about CompuServe and its accessibility by the
blind, and an article on Braille Remote Learning, a recently
announced program for teaching braille via the Internet.
