[Cagdu] clicker traning

With Gulliver's retirement in the offing, I've been thinking a lot about GDB's new found fondness for clicker training.  I'm willing to try anything, and have always tried to integrate new techniques; but it seems to me that this is adding a new and possibly dangerous variable that doesn't need to be there.  Any thoughts?  Ken and his wonder dog, currently asleep
