Message identification and classification

Hi colleagues from the R&D committee

it looks like I am the only one having problems with the distribution
of messages sent to the NFB server. I don't know if this is due
to a greater distance and probably much more routing then for those
getting the mail in U.S. but I sometimes get the messages in a
random order. This does not matter if they are clearly identified
by a signature and a date. but I also get messages in which I do not
find a name and which refer to other messages which never dropped in my
mail box. I certainly get all the routing information from Internet
but this is not very comprehensive to me and due to aliases it is also
not always possible to really know where a message is coming from.
Do other people have similar problems and are there suggestions to
better classify the messages.

best regards

Arnold Schneider
