Most internet providers these days provide access to the World Wide Web.
The web allows information to be presented either via a graphical
point and click or text interface. The most beneficial thing is that the
same source of informaiton is used for both interfaces, it is up to the
presentation software to filter out the things which are not wanted
(graphics, sounds, etc).
