Sent my comments in November 5 (Saturday) and didn't get a Mail-daemon
error so assume either that the message went to the blue voide or that
it reached Mr. Morgan. Let's hope it was the latter.
Even though the deadline has passed, I'd still send comment in. The
worst Mr. Morgan can do is (if he's using ELM) hit "n", "d" or
equivalent after the first screen <grin>. I might opine that getting
the essence of our Braille agenda into the I.D.E.A. is particularly
important now that we have a Republican- controlled Congress -- a fact
which I would think not terribly conducive to legislation advocating
more Federal control over *anything*!
Incidentally, it is my understanding that some knew of this effort as
early as over a week ago (I did not learn of it until last Friday).
IMHO we should impress upon our leadership the value of letting us
INternetters know beaucoup early. C'est la vie.
