There are several spur wheel sizes and mountings available from Howe
Press, at Perkins School for the Blind. (That is where I got mine, and I
assume they are still available.)

The spurs are rather like small gear wheels mounted in a holder
resembling the old ink pens. One of mine was on a drafting compas.

These spurs have been used for years by volunteer transcribers. They
produce excellent tactile lines, however they require considerable skill
and patience to produce useful diagrams and other complex drawings.

Call Perkins School and asked for Howe Press, then request a catalog or
other information.
