Hello Dr. Foulke:

     I gues I forgot to reply to your videophone note. As I understand itk,
the commonly used systems are good for still images. It takes time to get the
picture transmited. I understand this to be several seconds. A teacher
might be able to use such a system if a static situation was being virwed.
To get full motion video you need a very expensive DS3 type line.
These lease for about $5,000 per month. I will try and find more on this later.
