Randy Formenti wrote the C version of nfbtrans. I converted it to run
under Unix and submitted my changes back to him. He has made modifications
since mine, and has incorporated my changes back into his release code. I
believe that the latest version of the C version of nfbtrans is on nfbnet.
If not, mail rcf@genrad.com for the latest word on Nfbtrans and the C
language.
