The action of Tom Way sounds reasonable to me. I would not suggest
Prodigy as the last I knew, Prodigy was inaccessible. The letter uses a six
character word after "downright". This word may be in violation of the FCC
language rules. It does convey my feelings but is probably not acceptable
English usage.
