A wonderful resource to have --but could you ensure that the site is also
accessible to users with visual impairments --potentially the first user
community to benefit the most from the availability of this resource?

I just visited your site and here are the things that cause trouble:

Numerous images with no textual description
image based navigation
frames --currently hard to use
Would be nice if you could design the site to allow frame enabled browsers to
get what they want without closing out non frame enabled browsers.
