Well, I can't imagine anybody better suited to the technical position in
our National Headquarters than Mr. Chong. We are fortunate indeed to have
him join the professional staff in Baltimore. He will be directing our
technical programs there with the able assistance of the staff in the
IBTC, newsline, and others. I might add, he will also enjoy total support
from me and every one else on this list.
