There are a few ways you could do this.
1) Select text in the viewer and save the pages via the clipboard
2) The Adobe Access plugin will let you do a much cleaner job of extracting
text
3) If you are running on a UNIX machine, you may want to try out pstotext, a
public-domain ps (and pdf) to text convertor available from Digital's System
Research Center (SRC)
